This type of treatment is used usually in order to create decorative aluminium profiles and aluminium details. Moreover, brushing helps to get rid of (effectively and permanently) lines and streaking – so called heat streaks – which are created during the process of aluminium profiles forming..

It gives a possibility to eliminate mechanical defects which result from handling the profiles in specific conditions.
Currently we provide seven types of brushing e.g. brushing that helps to eliminate minute mechanical defects, satin-finish, and structural brushing.
Brushing of aluminium profiles is mostly a preparatory stage of aluminium treatment. It is done before anodizing and electropolishing. Nevertheless, brushing of aluminium is also an autonomous process and a surface finishing method on its own.
